Private Sessions for Every Body

Private yoga sessions offer a variety of benefits for everyone. I’ve worked with beginners learning foundational alignment, experienced practitioners refining their practice, athletes and weekend warriors who need cross-training, folks recovering from injury who are rebuilding strength and range of motion, and curious students interested in deepening their philosophical studies or mindfulness-based practices.

Personalized Attention: In our private sessions, you'll receive my undivided attention. Unlike group classes where the focus is spread across multiple students, here, every adjustment, modification, and instruction is specifically tailored to you. This means we can address your unique body type, fitness level, and personal goals with precision and care. Additionally, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions that you couldn’t in a public class.

Customized Practice: Our practices together will be entirely customized to suit your needs and wants. We can workshop postures, I can guide you through a personalized align and flow class, or we can dive into the enriching world of yoga philosophy. Either way, our sessions together will be catered to YOU!

Progress at Your Own Pace: Whether you're a beginner looking to establish a strong foundation, an experienced practitioner seeking refinement, an athlete looking for cross-training, or you’re recovering from a previous injury and need to rebuild strength and range of motion, we'll work together to meet you exactly where you are on your journey.

Convenience, Flexibility, and Accountability: Private sessions offer greater flexibility in terms of scheduling, location, and duration. They are also great for those who need the accountability to make it onto their mat at least once a week. We can schedule sessions at a time and location that suits you best, whether that’s in the comfort of your own home, at a studio, or even outdoors! This flexibility ensures that your yoga practice fits seamlessly into your lifestyle! Additional charges may be added to the base price to accommodate long distances.

Yoga is not a substitute for working with your PCP, PT, or other medical professional. Please check with your doctor before attending public or private yoga classes. As a yoga teacher and movement specialist I do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat injuries of any kind nor do I make any claims to. If you are currently injured or beyond my scope of practice, I will refer you to a physical therapist before choosing to work together.

  • If I had to describe Rebekah’s classes with one word it’s: intention. Every single cue that she uses has an intention rooted in alignment and anatomy. Her sequences are intentionally and intelligently developed to get you safely to new peaks that you didn’t believe were possible before. And to tie it all together her theming integrates with the sequence and postures. However, if I got a second word to describe Rebekah’s classes it would be community. She is dedicated to growing the yoga community around her and always welcomes new faces with warmth and kindness, while greeting returning yogis like long lost family. I could go on and on about her classes, but it is something you should experience for yourself. So get on your mat with Rebekah and get ready to deepen the love you have for your practice.

  • Rebekah has been one of the most formidable components in my yoga journey - hands down. Coming from a couch-to-marathon running routine in my athletic career and lifestyle, I never placed much emphasis on recovery, wellness, or mindfulness in my performance plan. Since I’ve started practicing with Rebekah I’ve not only learned how to focus more on what my body is telling me, but how my mind reacts to the stress and strain of committing to such a high-performance sport. Many yoga classes I've attended in the past led me to believe that it was all about deep stretching and flexibility, but Rebekah has provided new meaning and depth to how adopting and dedicating yoga into your life can help in more ways than one. She's an amazing teacher who dedicates time and energy to her students and puts herself in their shoes to find out the most effective, efficient, and beneficial solutions. If you have an opportunity to practice or study with her, you're guaranteed to have a good time and walk away feeling more knowledgeable and aware of your body and mind.
